RESOLUTION #233-2002
DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Weatherwood Courts Subdivision
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for Weatherwood Courts Subdivision in the NE '/4 of
Section 25 was submitted on September 4,2002; and
WHEREAS, The plat consisted of 20 residential lots and one commercial lot; and
WHEREAS, On October 28, 2002, the petitioner withdrew the Preliminary Plat and
advised the City of boundary changes to the plat to exclude the commercial property;
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended denial of the preliminary plat with
the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 129-2002 at the request of the petitioner
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby deny the
preliminary plat of Weatherwood Courts Subdivision in the NE 'A of Section 25 at the
request of the petitioner
