RESOLUTION #213-2002
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND TIME
WARNER CABLE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FIBER CONNECTION
WHEREAS, The City has requested Time Warner Cable to construct a fiber connection
between the Muskego Police Department, the Parks Building and the Muskego Library.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the attached Agreement and costs as estimated in
Exhibit A of $72,283.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
execute said Agreement after any technical changes as required upon review of the
City Attorney and Mayor
