CCR20022080 COMMON COUNCIL -CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #208-2002 DETERMINATION OF NON-SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE SARAH ESTATES PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, A request pertaining to the Sarah Estates planned development open space requirements for an individual parcel at W176 S7970 Parkland Drive/lax Key No. 2218.063 was submitted by Jay Lorino; and WHEREAS, Said request constitutes a change to the approved planned unit development of the Sarah Estates Planned Development District; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission reviewed the request and determined that it did not constitute a substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of the Sarah Estates Planned Development District through the adoption of #P.C. 141-2002, and further approved the installation of a paved driveway and sidewalk not to exceed a total of 1,854 square feet as submitted by Jay Lorino for the property at W176 57970 Parkland Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine that the request submitted by Jay Lorino does not constitute a substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of Sarah Estates Planned Development District subject to the conditions outlined by the Plan Commission. 0 DATED THIS 22nd DAY OF October 2002.
