RESOLUTION #205-2002
RESOLUTION OF CITY APPOINTMENT TO JOINT REVIEW BOARD
(TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NO. 9)
WHEREAS, Any City that seeks to create a tax incremental district shall convene a
Joint Review Board to review the proposal; and
WHEREAS, The City must choose a representative to sit on the Joint Review Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby appoint Finance Director Dawn Gunderson as the City's
representative to the Joint Review Board.
