RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF A REMEDIATION EXPERT
FOR THE EWALD-ENGEL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The City is in need of an environmental remediation expert to assist
the City in setting standards for the remediation of the Ewald-Engel property and
to review the remediation of said property as to whether or not said standards
have been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to hire an
environmental remediation expert for the purposes generally outlined above.
