BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as
follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the following described real estate
in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to wit:

The following Resolution, having been introduced in the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, at a meeting of said Council, held October 8, 2002 in the Muskego Room at City Hall,
Muskego. Wisconsin to wit:
"BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the following described real estate in the City
of Muskego. Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street, to wit:
Being part of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 5842, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin. Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, said point also being the point of
beginning of lands to be described; thence N O"46'01" W, 158.92 feet; thence S 49" 48'05" E,

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by said Common Council that a hearing on the passage of
W182 S8200 Racine Avenue, Muskego. Wisconsin on the 26Ih day of November, 2002, at 7:20

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the Hearing on said Resolution will be published in the
Muskego Sun as a Class 3 Notice; and that, in addition, Notice of said hearing be served on the
owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands abutting on said real estate herein before
described sought to be vacated, and discontinued, as a street, in the manner provided for the
service of summons in Circuit Court at least thirty (30) days before said hearing.
