APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
DeBack, Town of Norway
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on September 9,2002 to finalize a
two-parcel division of the DeBack property located on Eight Mile Road in the NE % of
Section 1 in the Town of Norway; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval with the adoption of
Resolution #P.C. 136-2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel division of the DeBack property located on
Eight Mile Road in the NE % of Section 1 in the Town of Norway subject to the
conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 136-2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That on-site stormwater management which meets the
minimum standards of Chapter 34 of the City of Muskego Municipal Code shall be
incorporated into any development of the subject property.
