RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Apprehension and Impound Fees)
WHEREAS, The Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides that applicable fees
shall be established, as from time to time, by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval of the following
impound and apprehension fees for Chapter 13 relating to Animals:
Apprehension Fee to Reclaim Animal Impounded by the
Muskego Police Department $23
(or actual cost if
greater than $23)
Additional Daily Impound Fee $10
(or actual cost if
greater than $10)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of
the above fees effective immediately.
0 Muskego. upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish
