RESOLUTION #176-2002
RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DELINQUENT
PERSONAL PROPERN TAXES TO BE UNCOLLECTIBLE
WHEREAS, The City Clerk-Treasurer has determined that the 1999 personal property
taxes in the amount of $39.88 and 2000 personal property taxes in the amount of
$185.21 (total $225.09) due the City by Oelke's Stump Removal are uncollectible; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby determine
that the personal property taxes of $225.09 as listed above are uncollectible.
