APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Long Lake Estates First Addition
Town of Norway
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted on August 1, 2002 for Long Lakes Estates First
Addition Subdivision in the SW % of Section 5 in the Town of Norway; and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #189-2001 on October 9,
2001, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through #P.C. 110-
2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Final Plat for Long Lake Estates First Addition Subdivision in the SW % of Section 5 in
0 the Town of NoGay. - BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
