APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Chamberlain Hill Subdivision
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for Chamberlain Hill Subdivision in the SE % of Section 3
was submitted on June 24,2002; and
WHEREAS, Said plat consists of 28.7 acres and proposes the development of 29
residential lots and four outlots: and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 097-2002 as adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of Chamberlain Hill Subdivision in the SE % of Section 3 subject to the
conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C.O97-2002 being met at the time of the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
