APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Knickelbine
WHEREAS, The Common Council adopted Resolution #109-2002 granting legal lot
status to the Knickelbine property at S66 W18479 Jewel Crest Drive subject to a
certified survey map being filed; and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted to finalize a two-lot land division of
the Knickelbine property located on Jewel Crest Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 4; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 100-2002 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map to finalize a two-lot land division of the Knickelbine property on
Jewel Crest Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 4 subject to the conditions outlined in
Resolution #P.C. 100-2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may
be due, and approval of the City Engineer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital *.DXF file, *.DGN file, or *.DWG file of this
Certified Survey Map be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon
the CSM (3-1/2” diskette) and all information transmitted on the diskettes shall be tied
to and referenced to State Plane Coordinates NGVD 1929 or others approved by the
City Engineer.

Commencing at the Southwest comer of said NW 114 Section 4; thence, N88' 38'
I6"E along the South line of said NW 114 Section 4, 1130.13 feet; thence N45" 29' 23"E,
59.76 feet to the place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence N42" IO' OYW,
152.59 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line of Jewel Crest Drive; thence N58' 26'
meander line to Little Muskego Lake, said point being N49O 59' OYW, 22 feet from the
51"E along said line, 80.00 feet; thence S49O 59' OY'E, 135.14 feet to a point on a
