RESOLUTION #125-2002
RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
FOR DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
(Deep Ditches)
WHEREAS, It was determined by the Public Works Committee that fees for material
used by the Public Works Department for under drains for extremely deep ditches be
established as follows:
$3.60 per foot for a 4 single line
$4.50 per foot for a 4 dual line
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
approve the above rates effective immediately.
