CCR2002122COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #122-2002 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Wong, Town of Waterford WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 10,2002 to finalize a two- parcel division of the Wong property located on North Lake Drive in the SE % of Section 1 in the Town of Waterford; and WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval with the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 077-2002. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Wong property located on North Lake Drive in the SE % of Section 1 in the Town of Waterford subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 077-2002. The land division is within the review authority of the City as defined by State Statute. STAFF DISCUSSION PC 077-2002 The petitioner is proposing to divide parcels for the purpose of creating one new residential lot. The parcels meet Racine County's minimum zoning requirements for residential parcels. It appears that there will be no adverse drainage impacts to the City as a result of the land division and possible development. STAFF RECOMMENDATION PC 077-2002 Approval of Resolution #PC 077-2002 APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP RESOLUTION #P.C. 077-2002 FOR THE WONG PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 1, TOWN OF WATERFORD WHEREAS, On May 10, 2002 A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted by Tichigan Lake Realty on behalf of Dick Wong for a property located in Section 1. Town of Waterford. and WHEREAS, This properly is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision regulations, and WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego. and WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Wong property, in Section 1, Town of Waterford, and recommends the same to the Common Council.
