CCR2002108COMMON COUNCIL -CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #108-2002 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Compton, Town of Waterford WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 16, 2002 to finalize a two- parcel division of the Compton property located on Riverview Lane in the NW % of Section 14 in the Town of Waterford; and WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval with the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 056-2002. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Compton property located on Riverview Lane in the NW % of Section 14 in the Town of Waterford subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 056-2002. The parcels meet Racine County's minimum zoning requirements for residential parcels. It appears that there will be no adverse drainage impacts to the City as a result of the land division and possible development.
