AWARD OF BID
Veterans Memorial Park Pavilion
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Veterans Memorial Park Pavilion and the
following bid was received:
Hunzinger Construction Company $67,300
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and Engineerinouilding Inspection Director have
reviewed the bid and recommend that the bid submitted by Hunzinger Construction Company be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the bid of Hunzinger
Construction Company in the amount of $67,300 for the Veterans Memorial Park Pavilion.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further authorized to sign any
changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the EngineeringBuilding Inspection
Director.
