RESOLUTION #97-2002
DESIGNATING TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
EMPLOYEE DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
(Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States)
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego Employee Deferred Compensation Plan (Equitable
Life Assurance Society of the United States) defines "Administrator" as the Employer or
its duly authorized designee for that purpose who shall exercise the discretion or other
functions given to the Employer under the terms of the Plan; and
WHEREAS, The current trustees of the plan are David L. De Angelis, Mayor and Jean
K. Marenda, Clerk-Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the trustees be changed to
Mark A. Slocomb, Mayor and Dawn R. Gunderson, Finance Director, in order to be
consistent with the State of Wisconsin Deferred Compensation Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby designate
the trustees of the City of Muskego Employee Deferred Compensation Plan with
Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States as Mark A. Slocomb, Mayor and
Dawn R. Gunderson, Finance Director, effective immediately.
