RESOLUTION #94-2002
DESIGNATING PUBLIC DEPOSITORIES AND AUTHORIZING
WITHDRAWAL OF CITY OF MUSKEG0 MONIES
BE IT RESOLVED that the following banking institutions, qualified as public depositories under
Chapter 34 of the Wisconsin Statues, shall be and are hereby designated, until further action,
as public depositories for all public monies coming into the hands of the Treasurer of the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, State of Wisconsin:
U. S. Bank - Muskego Branch
Bank One - Muskego Branch
Maritime Savings Bank - Muskego Branch
Lincoln State Bank - Muskego Branch
St. Francis Bank - Muskego Branch
State Financial Bank - Muskego Branch
Citizens Bank of Mukwonago - Muskego Branch
Guaranty Bank - Muskego Branch
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that withdrawal or disbursement from any one of the above
depositories shall be only by order check, as provided in Sec. 66.0607 of the Wisconsin
Statutes; that in accordance therewith all order checks shall be signed by the following persons,
effective April 23. 2002:
Jean K. Marenda. Clerk-Treasurer, Countersigned by: Mark A. Slocomb, Mayor
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in lieu of their personal signatures, the facsimile signatures
of Jean K. Marenda and Mark A. Slocomb. which have been adopted by them, may be affixed
and protected in making payment on any order check bearing such facsimiles notwithstanding
that the same may have been placed theron without the authority of the designated person or
persons.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution shall be delivered to each
of the above-named depositories, and said depositories may rely on this resolution until
changed by lawful resolution and a certified copy of such resolution has been given to the
cashier of the respective above-named depositories.
