RESOLUTION #84-2002
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO GERALD S. BOlSlTS
I WHEREAS, GERALD S. BOlSlTS was appointed to the office of Municipal Judge
in June, 2001 and has served the City of Muskego in that capacity since that time;
and
WHEREAS, Judge Boisits has provided a fair and impartial forum for citizens to
have their matters adjudicated; and
WHEREAS, Judge Boisits has effectively administered the court during this past
year; and
WHEREAS, Judge Boisits has exemplified the judicial temperament and ethical
behavior required of this position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby acknowledge the service GERALD S. BOlSlTS gave to his 0 community and wishes to expressthe appreciation of the citizens of Muskego for
such service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a copy of this resolution with the seal of the
City of Muskego affixed shall be presented to GERALD S. BOISITS, and this
resolution shall become a part of the proceedings of the Common Council of the
City of Muskego.
