RESOLUTION #70-2002
APPROVAL OF CONTINUATION OF POLICE LIAISON OFFICER PROGRAM
WHEREAS, A 66.0301 Cooperative Contract between the City of Muskego and the
Muskego-Noway School District to Share the Services of Police Liaison Officers for the
2001-2002 year was approved by the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, The Contract calls for both parties to indicate their interest to continue the
contract beyond June 30, 2002 by informing the other party and the City has received
notification from the Muskego-Noway School District that it is their intent to continue to
participate in the program; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee does hereby approve
the continuation of the Police Liaison Officer Program beyond the June 30, 2002 date
subject to updated figures for salary and benefit increases being agreed upon and
approved in the budget process.
