CCR2002048COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #48-2002 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Moorland Road Extension WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted to finalize a two-lot land division of the Maciolek Limited Partnership property located on Janesville Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 2 and NW 114 of Section 11, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #PC 110-2001 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a two-lot land division of the Maciolek Limited Partnership property on Janesville Road in the SW 1/4 Section 2 and NW 114 of Section 11 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 110-2001 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, approval of the City Engineer, and passage and publication of Ordinance #1088. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital *.DXF file, *.DGN file, or *.DWG file of this Certified Survey Map be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2” diskette) and all information transmitted on the diskettes shall be tied to and referenced to State Plane Coordinates NGVD 1929 or others approved by the City Engineer DATED THIS 26th DAY OF February ,2002 SPONSORED BY: Ald. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a two lot land division of the Boehm property located in the SW % of Section 2 and NW % of Section 11 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
