RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Planning I Zoning)
WHEREAS, The Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides that applicable fees shall
be established, as from time to time, by Resolution of the Common Council: and
WHEREAS, The Zoning and Land Division Ordinances of the City of Muskego provide that
various fees may be established, as from time to time, by Resolution of the Common
Council; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval of the following:

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon

effective immediately.
