RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Consenration Subdivisions)
WHEREAS, The Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides that applicable fees shall
be established, as from time to time, by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval of the following fees for
Conservation Subdivisions:
Conservation Easement Preparation Fee $50.00
Open Space Management Plan Preparation Fee $100.00
With a $25/hour fee per land cover type
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish the above fees
