0 REAPPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP, AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO DEVELOPER'S
AGREEMENT AND LETTER OF CREDIT
Dreamland Development
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map, Amendment No. 1 to Developer's Agreement and Letter of
Credit for Dreamland Development were approved by the Common Council on July 24, 2001
through Resolutions #135-2001 and #136-2001; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego reapproved the Certified Survey Map,
Amendment No. 1 to Developer's Agreement and Letter of Credit for Dreamland Development
on August 28,2001 through Resolution #166-2001, on September 25,2001 through Resolution
182-2001, on October 23, 2001 through Resolution #197-2001 on November 27, 2001 through
Resolution #235-2001, on December 11.2001 through Resolution #254-2001 and on January 8,
2002 through Resolution #6-2002; and
WHEREAS, The time allowed to record the approved documents has passed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego does
hereby reapprove the Certified Survey Map to finalize a four-parcel division of the Dreamland
Planned Development property located in the SE of Section 2 on Janesville and Moorland
Roads.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Amendment No. 1 to the Developer's Agreement and Letter
of Credit for Dreamland Development are hereby reapproved subject to approval of the City
Attorney and City Engineer, all of said approvals to be obtained within thirty (30) days of the 0 date of approval of this Resolution or the same will be null and void.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by
Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and
approval of the City Engineer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital *.DXF file, '.DGN file, or *.DWG file of this final plat
be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the plat (3-112" diskette) and
all information transmitted on the diskettes shall be tied to and referenced to State Plane
Coordinates NGVD 1929 or others approved by the City Engineer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
