REAPPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Kashian, Town of Vernon
WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Kashian
property located in the SE % of Section 25 in the Town of Vernon was approved
through Resolution #188-2001 on October 9, 2001, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the 30-day time period
and reapproval by the Common Council is necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reapprove the Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel
division of the Kashian property located in the SE % of Section 25 in the Town of
Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer
