CCR2002031COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #31-2002 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Cyskiewicz, Town of Waterford WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 10,2002 to finalize a three-parcel division of the Cyskiewicz property located on Heidelberg Circle in the NE % of Section 14 in the Town of Waterford; and WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval with the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 005-2002. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a three-parcel division of the Cyskiewicz property located on Heidelberg Circle in the NE % of Section 14 in the Town of Waterford subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 005-2002.
