RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DELINQUENT
PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES TO BE UNCOLLECTIBLE
WHEREAS, The City Clerk-Treasurer has determined that certain 1999 personal
property taxes in the amount of $296.93, as listed below, are uncollectible:
Captain Jack's Tomatoes $115.14
Cecure Electronics 85.92
Digital Graphics of Muskego 51.88
Enneagram Training 11.82
Finite Homes 32.17
Total to be written off in 2002 $296.93
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance committee, does hereby determine
that the personal property taxes of $296.93 as listed above are uncollectible.
