APPROVAL OF INSURANCE CARRIER
No-Fault Sewer Backup Coverage
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego. upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve "No-Fault'' Sewer
Backup insurance coverage through Kempes at an annual premium of $4,250.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of the City.
