FOURTH AMENDED AND REVISED FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
INSTALLATION OF SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND
LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
BENEFITED PROPERTY
(North CapelRyan Road Sewer Project MSS-1 B-96)
(Assessment District "SN")
WHEREAS, Final Assessment Resolution #169-96 was adopted on July 23, 1996, Amended
and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #185-98 was adopted on October 13, 1998, Second
Amended and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #143-99 was adopted on August 24, 1999,
and Third Amended and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #182-2000 was adopted on
September 12, 2000; and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee in reviewing the status of the project has
recommended that the Final Assessment Resolution be amended as follows:
Transfer remaining balance of $1,470.00 for one lateral from
Tax Key #2257.993.002 to Tax Key #2257.993.001
Forgive deferred front foot assessment of $1 1,574.48 for Tax Key #2257.993.002 because
deed restriction has been recorded which restricts future land divisions of said parcel
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby amend the Final
Assessment Resolution #169-96, to reflect the change noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all remaining sections of the Final Assessment Resolution
#169-96, Amended and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #185-98, and Second Amended
and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #143-99, and Third Amended and Revised Final
Assessment Resolution #182-2000 shall remain unchanged unless specifically amended by this
Resolution.
