THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY,
WISCONSN. HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That this Resolution is a resolution of necessity, in accordance with §32.06(1) and
§32.07(2), Wis. Statutes relating to the within-described public improvement project;
That it is hereby determined that it is necessary for the City of Muskego to acquire an
interest in real estate by long-term lease or otherwise for public lake access including, but
not limited to, boat launch and parking;
In furtherance of the above stated public purpose, the City of Muskego must acquire an
interest in the real estate by long-term lease or otherwise to the real estate more
specifically described on attached Exhibit “A” and attached Exhibit “B’ consisting of a
legal description and map;
That the City of Muskego will acquire, by condemnation in accordance with Chapter 32,
Wis. Statutes, if necessary, the above-described interest in the above described real-estate
from the record owners thereof and from any and all persons or entities who may have a
record interest in said real estate.
That the herein Resolution was passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego this 27th day of November, 2001 by a vote of 7 ayes and 1 nays.

All that part of the Southeast % of the Northeast % of Section 23, and part of the
Southwest % of the Northwest % of Section 24, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, in
the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest comer of Parcel 2, Certified Survey Map No.
8 153, said point also being the point of beginning of lands described herein; thence North
02’28’25” West along the West line of said Parcel 2, 226.76 feet; thence North
71’25’32’’ West 545.77 feet to a point on a meander line for Big Muskego Lake; thence
North 26”28’05” East, along said, meander line 90.85 feet; thence South 71’25’32” East
567.98 feet; thence South 10O33’35” West 65.15 feet; thence South 02”28’25” East
234.83 feet, to the North right-of-way line of Boxhom Drive; thence South 87”32’30”
West along said right-of-way line 50.00 feet to the point of beginning. Also including
those lands lying between said meander line and lakeshore on the easement lines
extended. Containing 63,180 square feet (1.45 acres) as measured to the meander line.
