RESOLUTION #236-2001
RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A CONSERVATION PLAN
WHEREAS, The City retained Vandewalle & Associates to assist in the preparation of
plans for the conservation of Muskego’s most significant environmental resources; and
WHEREAS, A Conservation Committee was appointed by the Mayor to oversee the
task of preparing such plans; and
WHEREAS, The Conservation Committee adopted the Conservation Plan on August
15, 2000; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has reviewed the Conservation Plan and concurs
with the document.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission and Conservation
Committee, does hereby approve the Conservation Plan.

Conservation Plan. The consulting services of Applied Ecological Services and Vandewalle and Associates were
In 2000, the Common Council appointed a Conservation Committee to oversee the task of preparing a
