CCR2001226COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #226-2001 RESOLUTION COMBINING WARDS FOR ELECTION PURPOSE S WHEREAS, Section 5.15 (6) (b) of the Wisconsin Statutes provides that a municipality having a population of less than 35,000 may combine by resolution, two or more of the wards for voting purposes to facilitate using a common polling place and returns shall be maintained only for each group of combined wards, and WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has a population of less than 35,000 and has been divided into 17 wards for election purposes pursuant to Resolution #155-2001 passed and adopted on August 14,2001 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego that wards in the City of Muskego shall be combined by aldermanic district in the following manner for Spring Elections Without County Supervisors on Ballot District 1 Wards 1, 2 and 3 District 2 Wards 4, 5 and 6 District 3 Wards 7, 8 and 9 District 4 Wards 10 and 11 District 5 Wards 12 and 13 District 6 Wards 14 and 15 District 7 Wards 16 and 17 With County Supervisors Ward 1 (Dist.#31) Wards 2 and 3 (Dist.#33) Wards 4, 5 and 6 (Dist.#33) Wards 7, 8 and 9 (Dist.#32) Wards 10 and 11 (Dist.#32) Wards 12 and 13 (Dist.#32) Wardl4 (Dist. #32) Ward 15 (Dist. #33) Wards 16 and 17 (Dist. #33) on Ballot DATED THIS 13th DAY OF November ,2001 SPONSORED BY: Mayor David L.
