APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND
ET2, INC. FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the Agreement
between the City of Muskego and BT2, Inc., to provide planning and engineering
services related to the facility proposed by El Paso subject to review and approval of
the City Attorney
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to execute the agreement in the name of the City subject to technical
corrections being made by the City Attorney in concurrence with the Mayor
