CCR2001211'0 Alderperson Sanders introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
I RESOLUTION #211-2001
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EHLERS AND ASSOCIATES, INC. TO SOLICIT
COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS FOR NOT TO EXCEED $2,300,000 WATER SYSTEM
REVENUE BONDS OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN I
WHEREAS, Section 66.0621, Wis. Statutes, authorizes the City of Muskego to issue Water
System Revenue Bonds; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to finance the construction of improvements to the water system; and
WHEREAS, Ehlers and Associates, Inc. is the financial adviser for the City of Muskego.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin, that Ehlers and Associates: Inc. be authorized to solicit
competitive proposals for the purchase of not to exceed $2,300,000 Water System Revenue
Bonds of the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ehlers and Associates is authorized to prepare an Official
sale.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Alderperson
Petfalski and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof:

and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
