RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF $3,150,000
GENERAL OBLIGATION STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin (the "City") has adopted an initial resolution
authorizing the issuance of general obligation bonds in the
amount of $3,150,000 for the public purpose of financing street
improvement projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The City shall issue General Obligation Street
Improvement Bonds in an amount not to exceed $3,150,000 (the
"Bonds") for the purpose above specified.
