SECOND AMENDED AND REVISED FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION
OF SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
BENEFITED PROPERTY
(North Cape Road - Ryan Road to Boxhorn Road,
Project MSS-1-99, Assessment District “SR”)
WHEREAS, Final Assessment Resolution #52-2001 was adopted on March 13, 2001 and
Amended and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #171-2001 was adopted on August 28,
2001, and
the completion date has been extended to 2002; and
WHEREAS, It was originally anticipated that this sewer project would be completed in 2001 but
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee has recommended that the Final Assessment
Resolution be amended to change the date the payment is due in full and the date on which
interest begins to accrue on the entire assessment, including the deferred assessment, from
November 1, 2001 to November 1, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby amend the Final
Assessment Resolution #52-2001 to change the date the payment is due in full and the date on
which interest begins to accrue on the entire assessment, including the deferred assessment,
from November 1, 2001 to November 1, 2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all remaining sections of Final Resolution #52-2001 and
Amended and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #171-2001 shall remain unchanged unless
specifically amended by this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk-Treasurer shall publish this Resolution as a
Class 1 Notice in the assessment district and mail a copy of this Resolution to every property
with reasonable diligence be ascertained.

Sanitary Sewer
Project MSS-1-99, Assessment District "SR"
NOTICE is hereby given that contracts have been let for Assessment District
"SR for the North CapelRyan Road North 500 Feet Boxhorn Sanitary Sewer Project
MSS-1-99, and that the amount of the special assessment therefor has been
determined as to each parcel of real estate affected thereby and a statement of the
same is on file with the Clerk-Treasurer; it is proposed to collect the same in ten (10)
installments, as provided for by Section 66.54 of the Wisconsin Statutes, with interest
thereon at eight percent (8%) per year; that all assessments will be collected in
installments as above provided except such assessments on property where the owner
of the same shall file with the Clerk-Treasurer within 30 days from date of this Notice a
written notice that the owner elects to pay the special assessment on the owner's
property, describing the same, to the Clerk-Treasurer on or before the next succeeding
November 1, unless the election is revoked. If after making such election, said property
owner fails to make the payment to the Clerk-Treasurer, the Clerk-Treasurer shall place
the entire assessment on the next succeeding tax roll. Any deferred portion of any
assessment is not affected by this Notice.
