REAPPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Bonnert, Town of Norway
WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a three-parcel division of the Bonnert
property located in the NE % of Section 5 in the Town of Norway was approved through
Resolution #I 38-2001, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the 30-day time period
and reapproval by the Common Council is necessary
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reapprove the Certified Survey Map to finalize a three-parcel
division of the Bonnert property located in the NE % of Section 5 in the Town of
Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer
