CCR2001194AMENDED COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #I 94-2001 ACCEPTANCE OF WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT AND PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT Wiza Industries WHEREAS, Robert Wiza, d/b/a Wiza Industries, will convey a Permanent Utility Easement to the City of Muskego for the purpose of installation, repair, maintenance and operations of a municipal water main system; and WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee has recommended acceptance of the watermain improvement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the watermain improvement.
