CCR2001190a COMMON COUNCIL -CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #190-2001 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Low WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by Scott Low to finalize the combination of the Kallin and Low properties located in the NE %of Section 15 (Tax Key Nos. 2217.975 and 2217.998.003) to create a buildable lot; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 154-2001 recommending approval. The intent is to reate a larger buildable residential parcel. Since no new parcels are being created, the proposed lot line adjustment could be accomplished without City approval. State Statute permits adjoining property owners to exchange lands by quit claim deed, provided the parcels meet the dimensional requirements of the zoning code following the action.
