APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Kashian, Town of Vernon
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on September 19.2001 to finalize a
two-parcel division of the Kashian property located on S.T.H. 164 in the SE % of
Section 25 in the Town of Vernon; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval with the adoption of
Resolution #P.C. 151-2001
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Kashian property located on
S.T.H. 164 in the SE % of Section 25 in the Town of Vernon subject to the conditions
outlined in Resolution #P.C. 151-2001
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer

The appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City. The flag providing access to Parcel 2 is 60-feet in
width which corresponds to the appropriate right-of-way dedication width if ever needed to serve Parcel 2 and the
lands to the east of Parcel 1

FOR THE KASHIAN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE X SECTION 25, TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On September 19, 2001 a Certified Survey Map for a land division was submitted by
Russ Kashian for the property located in the SE X of Section 25, Town of Vernon, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map of the Kashian property, SE '/1 of Section 25. Town of Vernon, and
recommends the same to the Common Council.
