WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Pioneer Drive Demolition Projects at the
following locations: W180 S7677 Pioneer Drive, W179 S7726 Pioneer Drive, SI80
W7795 & W180 S7797 Pioneer Drive and W180 S7799 Pioneer Drive; and
WHEREAS the following bids were received:

5. Badger Wrecking Inc.
6. Terry's Excavating

8. Schaefer Snowplowing & Grading LLC

WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and Engineering/Building Inspection Director have
reviewed the bids and recommended acceptance of the bid of Badger Wrecking Inc.
In the amount of $45,154.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the
bid of Badger Wrecking Inc. in the amount of $45,154.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the
EngineeringlBuilding Inspection Director
