AMENDED AND REVISED FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
INSTALLATION OF SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND
LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
BENEFITED PROPERTY
(North Cape Road-Ryan Road to Boxhorn, Project MSS-1-99)
(Assessment District "SR)
WHEREAS, Final Assessment Resolution #52-2001 was adopted on March 13, 2001; and
WHEREAS, Property identified as Tax Key No. 2256.993 was assessed for two laterals and
only one was required, and the Final Assessment Resolution must be amended to reflect the
following change to the assessment roll at the request of the property owner
Tax Key No. 2256.993 W126 S9205 North Cape Road
Reduce assessment by $3,104.40 for the cost of one lateral; and
WHEREAS, Upon request of the owner of property identified as Tax Key No. 2253.999. two
additional laterals were installed, and the Final Assessment Resolution must be amended to
reflect the following change to the assessment roll:
Tax Key No. 2253.999
Increase total assessment by $6,208.80 for the cost of two additional laterals ($3,104.40 each).
Waiver of Special Assessment Notices and Hearings Under Sec. 66.60(18), Wisconsin
Statutes has been signed by the above properfy owner.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby amend the Final
Assessment Resolution #52-2001, to reflect the changes noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all remaining sections of the Final Assessment Resolution
#52-2001 shall remain unchanged unless specifically amended by this Resolution.
