APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Olson, Town of Vernon
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 10,2001 to finalize a
one-parcel division of the Olson property located on County Line Road in the SW % of
Section 36 in the Town of Vernon; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval with the adoption of
Resolution #PC. 119-2001
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Certified Survey Map to finalize a one-parcel division of the Olson property located on
County Line Road in the SW % of Section 36 in the Town of Vernon subject to the
conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 119-2001
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer

APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE OLSEN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW X SECTION 36, TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On August 10,2001 A Certified Survey Map for a land division was submitted by
Donald Lenz for the Olsen property located in the SW % of Section 36, Town of Vernon, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map of the Miller property, SE X of Section 12, Town of Vernon, and
recommends the same to the Common Council.
