APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Miller, Town of Vernon
I
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on July 31,2001 to finalize a two-
parcel division of the Miller property located on Crowbar Road in the SE % of Section
12 in the Town of Vernon; and
I WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval with the adoption of
Resolution #P.C. 116-2001
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Miller property located on
Crowbar Road in the SE % of Section 12 in the Town of Vernon subject to the
conditions outlined in Resolution #PC. 116-2001
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
I by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer

RESOLUTION #P.C. 116-2001
FOR THE MILLER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE X SECTION 12, TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On July 31, 2001 A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted
by William Henrichs for the Miller property located in the SE % of Section 12, Town of Vernon,
and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Miller property, SE % of Section
12, Town of Vernon, and recommends the same to the Common Council.
