APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Boehm-MacioleWCommunity Center
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on July 30, 2001 to finalize a two-
parcel land division of the Boehm-Maciolek properly located in the NW % of Section 11,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 109-2001 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel land division of the Boehm-Maciolek
properly located in the NW % of Section 11 subject to the conditions outlined in
Resolution #P.C. 109-2001
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may
be due, and approval of the City Engineer, subject to the references to Lot 1 and Lot 2
on the certified survey map being changed to Outlot 1 and Outlot 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital *.DXF file, '.DGN file, or '.DWG file of this
Certified Survey Map be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon
the CSM (3-1/2" diskette) and all information transmitted on the diskettes shall be tied
to and referenced to State Plane Coordinates NGVD 1929 or others approved by the
City Engineer

WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by Jamie Beatty for a two lot land
division of the Boehm property located in the NW X of Section 11, on July 30, 2001 and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence District, requiring a
minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet, and
RS-3 Suburban Residence District, requiring a minimum lot size of 15,000 square feet
and an average minimum width of 100 feet, and said lots meet said minimum zoning
requirements, and
WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area for institutional use
consistent with the development of a community center, and
I WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and water, and
WHEREAS, wetlands are present on the parcel, and have been field delineated and
illustrated on the survey, and
WHEREAS, Moorland Road is proposed to be dedicated to an 80 foot width, and is
consistent with the adopted 2010 Street System Plan, and
0 WHEREAS, A digital '.DXF file of the CSM has been submitted to the Planning
Department.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to
the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a two lot land division of the Boehm
property located in the NW % of Section 11 subject to resolution of technical
discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and
payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and
outstanding assessments if applicable.
