RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEE

WHEREAS, Section 32.01(l)(d)l of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego
provides that applicable fees shall be, as from time to time, established by Resolution of
the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, The Zoning and Land Division Ordinances of the City of Muskego provide
that various fees may be established, as from time to time, by Resolution of the
Common Council; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval of the following:

Existinq Fee New Fee
$21.49/hour $22.54/hour
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee. does hereby establish the above I fee effective August 15, 2001
