DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, A petition was submitted on June 29, 2001 by Roy Knickelbine for legal lot
status of Lots 31 and 32 located at S66 W18479 Jewel Credit Drive (Tax Key Number
2174.141); and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission defeated Resolution #P.C. 101-2001 recommending
approval at the request of the petitioner
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby deny the
petition for legal lot status of Lots 31 and 32 located at S66 W18479 Jewel Crest Drive
(Tax Key Number 2174.141) at the request of the petitioner
