CCR2001147COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #147-2001 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT Rosewood Estates Addition No. 1 WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Rosewood Estates Addition No. 1 Subdivision in the NE % and NW % of Section 11 was submitted on July 25,2001, and WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of 9 residential lots and one outlot; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 107-2001 as adopted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the preliminary plat of the Rosewood Estates Addition No. 1 Subdivision in the NE % and NW % of Section 11 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C.107-2001 being met at the time of the final plat. William Le Doux This is to certify that this is a true and accurate copy of Resolution #147-2001 which was adopted by the Common Council of the City of Muskego. 8/2001jmb RESOLUTION #P.C. 107-2001 APPROVAL OF A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE ROSEWOOD ESTATES ADDITION NO. 1 SUBDIVISION BY ROSEWOOD ESTATES PARTNERSHIP, LOCATED IN THE NE % AND NW % OF SECTION 11 WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was submitted by Rosewood Estates Partnership for Rosewood Section 11, on July 25, 2001, and Estates Addition No. 1 Subdivision of the Miller property located in the NE x and NW % of WHEREAS, Said plat consist of approximately 7.55 acres, and proposes 9 residential parcels of approximately 20,000 square feet in size, and one outlot, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence District, requiring a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet, and said lots appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area for private open space and recreation, and said proposal will require a Plan amendment to medium density residential, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and will access water through private well. and WHEREAS, Wetlands are present on the parcel, and have been field delineated by the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission in conjunction with the platting of the Rosewood Estates Subdivision, and WHEREAS, The subject street is illustrated to be a temporary cul-de-sac, which terminates at the plat line to provide connectlvity to the adjacent parcel. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a 7.55 acre, 9 parcel / I outlot sketch preliminary plat for the Rosewood Estates Addition No. 1 Subdivision by Rosewood Estates Partnership. located on the Miller property in the NE %and NW X of Section 11, and will be receptive to the submittal of a final plat subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
