RESOLUTION #146-2001
RELEASEOFPARKANDOPENSPACELANDRESERVATION
OUTLOT I, ROSEWOOD ESTATES
WHEREAS, The recorded Final Plat of the Rosewoods Estates Subdivision contained a
preservation easement on Outlot 1, and
WHEREAS, The developer is petitioning to subdivide the outlot and has requested that
the presewation easement be removed; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission and Finance Committee have reviewed the request
to remove the easement and have recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
release of the park and open space land reservation noted on Outlot 1 of the final plat
of Rosewood Estates subject to the placement of a new presewation easement on the
wetland areas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the developer is authorized to file an Affidavit of
Correction to the final plat of Rosewood Estates.
