RESOLUTION #145-2001
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SPECIAL CHARGES FOR
GARBAGE AND REFUSE DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING SERVICE
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has a contract with BFI for garbage and refuse
disposal and recycling services. and
WHEREAS, The Public Services Committee reviewed the existing rates and information
submitted by the Finance Director; and
WHEREAS, The Public Services Committee has recommended that Metro Landfill fees
be used to support the Recycling Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize that the charges for garbage and refuse disposal and
recycling service effective January 1, 2002 are as follows:
